Therapy for Sleep

Sleep is critically important for our physical and mental health. If we aren’t sleeping we’re not functioning at our optimal levels. Poor sleep can have a direct impact on your ability to manage stress, anxiety and other frustrations. Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) can help you identify attitudes and beliefs that impact your sleep. It is the negative thoughts, worries and stress that keep you awake.

CBT-I is an effective technique for treating insomnia, especially for people who experience long lasting types of insomnia (not just sleep difficulties that last one or two nights every now and again). I use CBT-I to help you break old habits and patterns that interfere with sleep. I help people develop new approaches that help to bring on sleep naturally.
