Wellness is the act of making choices that lead you closer to living a fulfilling life.
This is a dynamic process of both individual change and growth. Discarding toxic relationships, increasing physical activity, improving sleep patterns, being mindful, improving social connections and ongoing education are the pillars of wellness. I support this growth by helping individuals and couples unpack their issues and see what areas they can make changes in, in order to improve their quality of, and outlook on, life.
Therapy
Sessions are customized to minimize psychological pain, reinvigorate health and stimulate personal growth. I help people to reframe their challenges, discover new coping skills and implement positive behaviours in order to enrich their lives.

I am a registered therapist with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto. I have certifications in Solution Focused Counselling, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Trauma Counselling (EMDR).
